Advance Bookings;
For advance bookings, a minimum two night stay is required. Single night booking subject to availability.

Debit cards, Delta & Maestro, are accepted at no additional charge.

Children over twelve welcome.

Liability;
You shall be liable for any damage caused to any part of the hotel and grounds or equipment by any person invited by you or on your behalf. The hotel shall not accept liability in respect of any loss or damage to articles brought into the hotel or to vehicles left in the car park.

Cancellation Policy;
Our cancellation notice period is SEVEN DAYS. Cancellations less than seven days prior to arrival date will incur an additional charge if cancelled nights are not re-sold. The first night of each booking is non-refundable.

Nobody likes to pay cancellation charges, particularly if the reason for cancelling is for some kind of emergency, so for this reason we STRONGLY advice taking out ADEQUATE TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover you for this unfortunate event.

Smoking;
Since the Smoking ban has come into force Burlington House is now STRICTLY TOTALLY NON-SMOKING VENUE. This INCLUDES all bedrooms and the entire building. It is illegal to smoke anywhere in the building. If you want a smoking bedroom, please DO NOT BOOK. All our bedrooms are strictly NON smoking rooms.

Registration Forms and bookings from third party suppliers

All completed registrations forms, diary entries and bookings received through third parties are kept for a minimum period of 12 months as stipulated in (Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972 (as amended)).

We may decide to adopt a Social Media Policy to ensure our business and our staff conduct themselves accordingly online. While we may have official profiles on social media platforms users are advised to verify authenticity of such profiles before engaging with, or sharing information with such profiles. We will never ask for user passwords or personal details on social media platforms. Users are advised to conduct themselves appropriately when engaging with us on social media.

There may be instances where our website features social sharing buttons, which help share web content directly from web pages to the respective social media platforms.
