Advance Bookings;
For advance bookings, a minimum two night stay is required. Single night booking subject to availability.
Debit cards, Delta & Maestro, are accepted at no additional charge.

Liability;
You shall be liable for any damage caused to any part of the hotel and grounds or equipment by any person invited by you or on your behalf. The hotel shall not accept liability in respect of any loss or damage to articles brought into the hotel or to vehicles left in the car park.
Cancellation Policy;
All of our bookings are strictly non-refundable.
Nobody likes to pay cancellation charges or be left out-of-pocket, particularly if the reason for cancelling is for some kind of emergency, so for this reason we STRONGLY advice taking out ADEQUATE TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover you for this unfortunate event.
Smoking;
Since the Smoking ban has come into force Burlington House is now STRICTLY TOTALLY NON-SMOKING VENUE. This INCLUDES all bedrooms and the entire building. It is illegal to smoke anywhere in the building. If you want a smoking bedroom, please DO NOT BOOK. All our bedrooms are strictly NON smoking rooms.

All completed registrations forms, diary entries and bookings received through third parties are kept for a minimum period of 12 months as stipulated in (Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972 (as amended)).
